Our Story
Frontier Consulting, part of the Tripod Group, was established in March 2017, evolving from Tripod International, Tripod Permanent, and Tripod Executive brands. With a combined 50 years of industry experience, we set the standard for candidate-centered relationships in the healthcare sector, both domestically and internationally. To date, we’ve assisted over 40 clients in recruiting more than 600 professionals.
At Frontier Consulting, we’re dedicated to delivering highly effective, accountable services that continually evolve through active engagement with our clients, candidates, and team. - Permanent provision of UK-based social workers, allied health, and management staff to local government.
Laurence began his career in social work recruitment in 1999, establishing connections with Canadian universities and social work organisations, alongside expanding his UK network. His work now encompasses providing temporary, project, interim, RPO, and permanent support to local authorities globally. Known for his consistency, calmness, resilience, and reliability, Laurence’s commitment to quality and integrity has made him a trusted leader in the field.
